Confirm that the latest Google Play test version is installed.
State the device model, Android version and application version.
Describe whether the problem occurs on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both.

Send support requests through the developer contact shown on the Folklore Archive Google Play listing. Do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal data.
