Before reporting a problem

Confirm that the latest Google Play test version is installed.
State the device model, Android version and application version.
Describe whether the problem occurs on Wi-Fi, mobile data or both.

Send support requests to gunerky@outlook.com. Please include the app version, Android version and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment information or other sensitive personal data.
